Summer in a glass (bottle).

Packed with beta-carotene (pro-vitamin A), potassium, vitamin C, folate and vitamin K. 

Serves: 2, or one super thirsty lady.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut water 
  • 2 tightly-packed cups of baby spinach, cos lettuce or kale
  • a few drops of vanilla extract
  • a small handful of fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 large banana
  • 1 small mango, or 1 cup frozen chopped mango

Method:

1. Blend in a high speed blender until combined (around 30 seconds), garnish with fresh mint leaves and enjoy!
